Requests must be submitted online at www.caesarscommunityrelations.com. Caesars Foundation provides contributions in communities where Caesars employees live and work. For requests with a national scope, please select “Corporate Headquarters” when indicating which Region or Property you would like to send your proposal to once you are in the application.
The application consists of three major parts: Organization Background Information & Demographics; Project Request Information (including Budget Form); and Documentation. Additional required documentation to be uploaded within the application includes:
- IRS 501(c)(3) Tax Designation
- Diversity Statement
- List of Current Funding Sources
